How to change keyboard layout on Windows 8 Pro

Today,I gonna show you how to change keyboard layout on Windows 8 Pro.When I finish install I try to wrote something but,when I press @ key but it appear ” after I check the setting,finally this issue solved
Here its the tutorial:

1. Open Search via charm or Start+S
2. Click Setting and type ”Add Language”then click Add a language
3. Then Window like this will appear
   
4. Click Option
5. Click Add an Input Method
6. Click 2 times United States International Touch Keyboard Layoutc
7. In input method,remove everything except United Sates-Internetional
8. Finish
